My complaint:
I purchased 2 tickets to Steely Dan with Steve Winwood.
The concert was rescheduled a couple of times due to COVID.
Now Steve Winwood is not appearing with Steely Dan on May 20, 2022.
Instead Snarky Puppy who I don’t care for is appearlng with Steely Dan.
Steve Winwood is a legend, and is the only reason I purchased the tickets. I asked repeatedly for a refund. Also for the event organizer info so I could complain to the organizer directly. No refund; no event organizer information.
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund or a credit for $284.20 for these tickets.
