My complaint:
Went to see the band GHOST on 8/20/23 at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport CT. I bought tickets through City Bank early access deal on Feb 14 2023. My seats were section 101 row O. When we sat down the view had a pole that was obstructing out view. We really like the performers that were behind the pole and were not able to see them.
They did not say they were ubstructed view seats. If they had said that then I would have bought seats that weren’t. They need to say wether they are obstructed view or not.
Suggested solution:
When selling tickets put obstructed view in the description. Give me a discount code on my next purchase of tickets.
