Ticketmaster complaint: Eras Tour Fumble

My complaint:

I received a verified fan code for the Eras Tour night 1 in Indianapolis on November 1, 2024. I did everything as suggested (had only one tab open, cleared cache and cookies, was logged in, had payment entered in prior, had my code copied and ready to paste). I entered the waiting room 30 minutes prior. I refresh and get into the queue in the 700s! Yay! I get into the map, and everything is blue and available. I quickly click on 4 seats and proceed to check out. Error message. Try new seats. Error message. Repeat this 3-4 more times, and then Ticketmaster kicks me out back into the queue where 19,000 people are ahead of me. Needless to say, when I got back in all tickets were gone.
My e mail stated, “Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.”
I expect this to be taken care of. My 8 year old was standing next to me excited every time we clicked on new tickets. Tickets were NOT sold on a first come first served basis. I was in the 700s. I should have received tickets. I still am requesting that Ticketmaster make this right.
