My complaint:
I sold tickets on Ticketmaster’s platform, as I have done on occasion in the past. They have been nothing short of a complete failure to help in my receiving payment. Upon many, many requests they will not help. They either tell me the same unhelpful thing over and over again or just decide not to reply. A truly horrendous experience. It would seem that no one knows what they are doing and no one wants to help and/or is complete inept in doing so.
Suggested solution:
Provide my payment immediately.
