My complaint:
Good day,
i have a complaint and ill use the Taylor Swift ticket sales, i have bee trying to buy tickets for my daughter and 3 grandkids in various cities Boston, Mississauga without success which i find hard to believe.
what i see is tickets are sold to people that just want to make a quick buck by reselling tickets that they were able to purchase, maybe scalpers, ect… tickets are all over Stub Hub , Vivid to name a few. i think this is pitiful as not many people can afford those prices when looking for 4 tickets.
i suggest somehow Ticketmaster having authority to be able to take those tickets down from sites or cancel their tickets and refund them, as they should not be resold, they should be going to people who want to go.
also i have been on waitlists and nothing happens and also RBC Avion member same thing waitlist Hang tight
its just a terrible process.

something has to be done about reselling tickets, maybe 40% of tickets are resold.
i would like to get 4 tickets to a Mississauga show somehow that would make the grandkids happy, someone who truly wants to see Taylor Swift.
