My complaint:
I bought 4 tickets from someone, who sent all the ation of email / address etc to it was correct. I never got them. She has been chasing them daily for nearly 3 weeks with still no outcome. I need the tickets today as it’s for a birthday which is today! There is no number for me to talk to someone, and it is hard for me to get through as I am not the person who bought the tickets originally. I just want my tickets. They keep saying things as if they’re sorting it but we have seen no change. I am utterly fed up and at the end of the road. I just need to see the tickets.
Suggested solution:
Put my tickets into my account so I can see and I have them.
