My complaint:
Ticketmaster order number 54-44967/UK2
Tickets sold 26th June 2023
Uploaded ID, bank statement pdf three times, and keep getting
generic replies, and various promises and lies about payment
being in a que, and today was informed that it will now take a
further 15 working day in order for them to process my payment.
No phone number to contact them on.
They really do not care about customers at all.
Suggested solution:
Pay me my money for the sale of my tickets.
