My complaint:
Car park passes were not received so they advised I order new ones which I did and they would refunded other order. I’ve ed that I completed the reorder and asked for refund now being Ng totally ignored , despite several messages still being ignored
Suggested solution:
Refund money as promised as per chat which I have evidence of.
