My complaint:
I contacted Ticketmaster to ask whether I could exchange my tickets from camping to campervan.
I was told by Reading festival that only one pass was needed. But ticketmaster sent me two and charged me for two.
They will not issue a refund knowing full well I have booked and hired one campervan.
Suggested solution:
Issue a refund of £137
