My complaint:
I am in the process of moving really wanted to help the less fortunate in my community. I scheduled a day for pick up, when the person showed up pick up my donations. he was drunk refused to look through anything I had to donate. I have at least $50,000 in donations that I wanted to bless others with. He informed me he didn’t have time to
load the truck. I literally had brand new furniture flat screen televisions to donate trying to help the less fortunate. All I know is his name is Bob, the housing director in Tupelo is called Captain. If this man is a reflection of your company I will never again help the Salvation Army will run ads in local papers informing people of the area of my experience advise them to do the same. This person is a cancer that should be removed from your organization immediately. Hopefully someone takes this message to heart takes action. It is now my mission to spread the word of this experience. Sincerely, Bobby Gigler
Suggested solution:
Terminate any future dealings with this person. He is an absolute cancer to your organization I have donated for the past 40 years to the Salvation Army. Never again unless I get a response sincere apology!!
