My complaint:
My name is Mary and I was employed at the SA up until Wednesday. I have never worked for 2 such horrible Managers J and S. S was rude to me in front of customers and they were horrified that she would do that. S has absolutely no People skills. I knew they did not like me and that I would probably be terminated when the probation period was over.
They only say good morning to those they like. It’s a horrible work environment. Not one employee can stand either one of them. I would have stayed working there because I liked and got along great with the other employees. I knew not to go above them because an employee did and it went to deaf ears, now the GM does not speak to her. The Company has a very good name but Employees need to be treated with respect.
Suggested solution:
I resolved my own issue by finding another job.
