The Salvation Army USA complaint: Very rude and unprofessional

My complaint:

Hello there I went to your Fulton location and your one cashier was extremely rude…I understand it was close to closing but she was rushing me and the rest of my family out the door as well as rolling her eyes then when we got up to the register I had a few shirts were the tags came off and she charged me the highest price when I told her the tag fell and was a 50% off color tag right on the counter she continued to roll her eyes and with a snarky attitude and say well it’s not on the clothing and I still have to charge you the highest price even if it accidentally falls off on my end which I get the policy but instead of negotiating she just kept rolling her eyes and complaining that it was pass closing time and then at the end I didn’t have enough to pay for my items being some of the tags fell off and was charged the highest price i told her just to cancel the transaction and she gave me attitude and was like well you really wasted my time … I did apologize for the inconvenience but I am not happy as how she treated me as a paying customer and the rolling eyes when very unprofessional. She could of just explained the company policy or negotiated and said theses will not be on sale do you still want them instead of just still ringing them up because she was in a rush .

Suggested solution:

I would like your staff to be more polite and friendly and maybe a store credit could be applied and I’ll think about returning I am very disappointed in the actions.
