My complaint:
I had a salvation army for help with my May rent did the whole process went to sign the paperwork was given the voucher submitted to my landlord when my landlord went to whatever needed to be done to receive the funds I received a phone call from the office back and is telling me that they needed a rent receipt with my landlord’s name on it from April when I supplied a receipt stating my rent was deposited with cash County Court for April pending to be released to my landlord I got a call today saying that my voucher was void and.
Suggested solution:
I should be giving my voucher back as I qualified under the stipulation for receiving the help.
