My complaint:
The title says more than I was ever comfortable having to share with the world. I have a bad leg and the man is still stalking me. Their staff dropped the ball on my case and left me. I reached out to give them a chance to correct this. They apologized and said they would. They did not. The person KT, assigned to help correct the error, only laughed and stated that they were too busy to circle back. I am autistic with ptsd and drowning in my situation and they laughed. I was told my complain.biz to speak up here.
Suggested solution:
I need someone to correct what they did. I also need an agency that will hold them accountable for doing so.
