My complaint:
Maybe you can enlighten me. I never knew staff members can lurk around at 12:00 hrs midnight in the Housing area of the residents. Sorry but I’ve had real terrible memories in my adolescence and having a staff member prowling around in our living quarters kinda scared me because never knew they were allowed to prowl. Anyways if this can get some immediate attention I’m sure all residents would appreciate it thankyou.
Suggested solution:
Write the staff member up !! That just totally creeped me out and who knows how many others.
