My complaint:
There is something terribly wrong going on in this facility. **** is a very mean and evil woman she is supposed to be a social worker and is conducting in an unprofessional way. They serve expired and rotten food many people have been ill from this. She does not let individuals including children rest when they have medical absence from a doctor. Several times a staff member has let a resident on the second floor sit in the office while she discusses personal information about other residents she lets him sit in the office many many times. There is continuous verbal abuse from staff members.
They do not clean the facility with disinfectant the bathrooms are moldy black mold, the doors do not lock to the restrooms, there is no privacy. **** has a vendetta against many many individuals. Even the staff members speak negatively about ****. There are several complaints on Google reviews for this Salvation army and nothing has been done to clear this up the the complaints are even from 5 years ago and still complaining about the same thing today and nothing is being done about this, this is abuse and neglect of residents that are already going through a traumatic time.
**** stomps people into the ground she does not give any positive feedback whatsoever. Many times children have gone without eating because they claim they have no staff members to cook for the residents, children have gone without dinner lunch and breakfast. I cannot believe that the salvation army displays that they are Christian and the treatment that this facility gives to individuals is not Christian like at all, something needs to be done.
Suggested solution:
Fire all the mean and evil staff members
