My complaint:
To whom it may concern my name is Nicole sapp I stay in room f down the women’s hall and I have been having some issues with staff on evening shift refused to give me diapers for my child stated they didn’t have a key going through my thing and paperwork coming in the room while me in my child is in the shower and leave the front door wide open not giving me my mail and split me in my family apart and my child’s father just had a storke and they make him leave without telling me and yell at him and mistreat him stated if he talk to me they will put him out management stated the next family room that was open they would put us in it they never did they put another family in it I would like to know why me in my family is being treated like this I thank you in all you can do in helping with this issues Nicole sapp
Suggested solution:
Have a meeting with staff sometimes when you get away with wrongfulness for a long time and nothing gets done about it it's maks things worse
