My complaint:
on 4/26/2023 approx 11.00 a.m i went to salvation store and was told i couldnt go in with a walker no space i have been to this store before without any problem plenty of time, so i asked speak with manager and she came out and explained aisle were too small so i came to a agreement and waited outside,,i am outside waiting for my girlfriend who also buys there all the time, she comes out the manager and statesthat a person told her i was begging for things, and is not true i was offer if i wanted it. andshe said she would call the cops i told her go ahead i never asked no one they ofer it to me plus you can asked staff ther e beend
buying constantly for lasttwo years almost weekly and i feel as a disable person and former marine i should not have been treated of this nature. i didnt disrespect no one so why was i treated like this. and then she stands outside talking to her supv about me and also calls other people speak outside and looking towards my way i walk away towards library. it is unprofessional and if i was homeless or in need thats not salvation army purpose she have more love for others. if i am wrong i apoogize but i feel i was target for no reason. they should be more courteous accordingly.
Suggested solution:
should have more love and follow mission of those who are former servicemen i which your are nmain oart og also follow priciples of salvation army and also respect those who have mental issues and not approach in the manner she did. if someone had a situatio it should have been i black and white why just go in any circumstancews people say withoumlooking into both sides. is not appropiate do so. i deserve a apology
They are very racist!!! I worked there I know. I’m not shocked they did this
