My complaint:
First, it is impossible to get through to them. NO ONE answers the phone ever and NO ONE returns your call when you leave a message. I emailed Captain James Fleming who is very nice and responds immediately. That is how I got Sandra Gutierrez to finally call me.
She made an appointment for me this morning at 10am with Jean. I called yesterday to and as usual no one returned my call. There was another lady with me this morning who had an appt . at 9am. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED THE SIGN SAID CLOSED FRIDAY AND JEAN WAS NOT THERE !!!!!’Outrageous !!!!!!
