My complaint:
I’ve been sitting at the pool for one hour and 30 minutes ago, I had to go find someone to provide us service to order a drink. 30 minutes have passed and I am still waiting for my drink.
Suggested solution:
this is pitiful for how much money I’m spending to stay here, you should know the right thing to do
