My complaint:

Hello

Hope this email finds you well.

I’m staying at the Nile Ritz Carlton where we had an incident that I want to report.

My booking reference from booking.com is
4269800452

I’ve checked in on February 2nd and have been ordering food and it was delivered to my room daily at my convenience by the hotel staff whom I generously tipped for their support.

Today, the receptionist called saying that this is against policy and was very rude in his attitude and behavior.

Moreover, one of the hotel guests was verbally harassing me and I asked the hotel staff to stop him but no one took an action.

I’ve called booking.com customer services and filed a complaint.

I’m sending this email as an official complaint requesting an official apology from the staff on duty and from the guest whom harassed me verbally.

This is my first time at the Nile Ritz Carlton and I believe it will be the last as I’m planning to post this review on google as well.

I’d appreciate an immediate response.
