My complaint:

Sir Madam: My name is David Jackson: on January 19, 2022 I purchased Rheem Performance Plus 50 Gallon medium 5500  Element Electric Tank Water Heater w LED Indicator, at Home Depot, 1500 Lafayette Parkway,  LaGrange, GA 30241 Order H160- 137779 , Receipt 010600009795865, Home Depot Delivered and Installed Hot Water Heater. In my home in LaGrange GA on January 19, 2022. By Home Depot Installer: Bynum Plumbing, by person name: Anthony. Complaint: Home Depot Delivered the wrong Water Heater, with poor Installation Service, The Water Heater will not Run, when calling for Hot Water, and never has, this was brought to the Installer Attention who seemed not familiar with Hot water Heater Operations. I would welcome any Home Depot Representative, that is familiar Hot water heater operation, to inspect the quality ofthis installation,   Home Depot has neglected the customer for it’s own mistake for ten days. Complaint 2: Home Depot scheduled to correct the problem, with the wrong Installation. and Install the correct water heater today, February 5, 2022, When Installer from: Bynum Plumbing arrived to install correct Water Heater 252022, he arrived at my house without the Water Heater, alleging that representative from Home Depot alleged That The Customer had picked up the water.Can we get this matter resolved. Install the correct heater , being jerked around for 10 days
