My complaint:
Attempted to purchase a exterior door by feather river model 1H3191-3B4
Internet price $1163.74 measurement for my org.is one half inch smaller, so your sale associate quotes me a price of $2806.00 I am questioning $1,643.00 increase. I Was told I could not go by prices on the internet.
Suggested solution:
I also paid $40.00 to get the measurements done. I advise the associate I would be using my own contractor to install the door. I was advised $40.00 could not be applied toward the purchase of the door which I have no problem with. However I requested a copy the measurements, and I was told I could not have them. I paid for the measurements. So if you can't be provided a copy you should offer a refund.
For your information you have a person employed in your store that said her name is Tense or Denise who states she doesn't know your office manager
