My complaint:
I purchase a double oven from the Home Depot location in Newport News VA in June 2021. The oven was deliver to my new home in Williamsburg Va. on today July 29, 2021. The installer came to install it and it was defected. So I had the oven loaded into my SUV and took it to the home depot in Williamsburg VA. Once I arrived there they took the oven out of the SUV, however the store refused to take the oven and told me to take it to the store in Newport News. Now I feel this is totally unacceptable
Suggested solution:
Right now I am trying to get the home depot in Newport News to come and pick up the oven. If they will not I thinks the store in Williamsburg should come and pick it up I be paid mileage from my home to the store and from the store back to my home
