My complaint:

I recent purchased a Samsung washer Dryer set.. It was delivered memorial day week i had family from out of town so I never tried out the appliance they delivered it and left and wasn’t told to wash a load immediately to see if it was working properly when I did went to use it one of the buttons didn’t work the water wasn’t going in and the clothing was drywet at the same time and wasn’t clean so once I realized it was not working I went to the store they charged me a 15% restocking fee for something that was not working they said that i had to bring it there so I rented a u haul and paid someone, after hours of foolishness and rude smart mouth service people. I ordered another washer and dryer set so that it would match but couldn’t add the protection plan on the appliances cause of the 15% restocking fee that they charged so the new set took a week to get received it on 61421 tried it out the washer is working as far as my knowledge but the dryer was broken so they took it back returned it via an app and they told me to call in 20 minutes to tell them what happened so I’m still without an dryer currently and it wont be delivered for another week which they told be 6212021 a big inconvenience, I had to go to the laundromat to wash n dry clothes.. I’m currently on the phone with Joan to file an complaint after getting transferred multiple times.. Home depot sucks and I will not be ordering anything from them again

Suggested solution:

refund my $200 dollars back and place the warranty on my appliance
