My complaint:

This letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with the Samsung refrigerator Model Number RF28T5101SG that I bought online on December 8 2021 and delivered scratched by your Glendora Store on January 29 2022.

I am dissatisfied with your Glendora Store’s Manager, your customer service and Samsung customer service because no one that I have contacted in this matter has offered any remedy or compensation. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by numerous telephone conversations with Home Depot employees at various levels, but without success.

Suggested solution:

1.Refund the entire purchase price of the refrigerator;
2.Exchange the refrigerator for a new, undamaged one;
3.Repair the damage to the refrigerator
