My complaint:
Ordered a sliding glass patio door and screen August 2nd, 2021. Door finally installed Jan. 26, 2022. No screen at install time, called store, was told another 4 weeks for some reason. So, 7 weeks later, and I’m still waiting. That’s right. 7 months and still counting while waiting for my stuff.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the interest they charge on their credit card for the full cost over the time that it takes to fulfill their end of the bargain
