My complaint:

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot that was scheduled to be delivered on March 29th. Keep in mind, this has been over a month and a lady named Sammie from the subcontractor told me…they were overbooked. The company that was supposed to deliver the refrigerator failed to call me or my wife the day before or the day of delivery. I had to go into the store to find out that this company had rescheduled my delivery for April 07, without any type of apology from Home depot or this company.

Sammie really was rude and wouldn’t give me the number to the General Manager. PISS POOR SERVICE FROM HOME DEPOT AND THIS SUBCONTRACTOR!

Suggested solution:

Since they follow the rule of engagement by delivering of the promised date...I should be granted some type of relief from this subcontractor and home depot
