My complaint:
Bought hot water heater at store $550 called the company your store uses call by noon same day install. That didn’t happen then they quoted me $2000 to replace my old heater with the new one. Are you people out of your minds. Haven’t used you guys for years because you made such a disaster with a wood floor you installed several years age that had to be torn out and redone. Now you are ripping off Senior citizens again going to BBB over this
Suggested solution:
Hire honest plumbers like the local one I hired that has been in business in SLO for 50 years $ 350.
