My complaint:

On Friday 04212022 we opened an credit account with Home depot to get carpet done in our living room. Was supposed to receive a call from the person coming out on that next Monday the 25th. No call, so around 3pm I called the store and Lance said it looked like the computer canceled it because of where we live. ( 65 miles away ) But they have done work in this area for years. Tuesday he was supposed to get it straightened out and call me……NO CALL. I called Tuesday and spoke with another person who said they had it put back in the computer at around 11am and at around 4pm it was canceled again by the customer. We did NOT cancel but we are now!! We are canceling the order and going tomorrow to get the PREPAID $65 back that was for the person to come out and measure. Keep in mind this living room is a straight shot 16′ X 20′ and would have been an easy install.

Suggested solution:

If it's the computer system....FIX IT. It's the only Home depot in the area.
