My complaint:

On multiple visits to this specific location I find myself being targeted and harassed by a specific employee by the name of Nate. On the latest incident (I’ve reported two previous incidents to supervisors with no resolve) I felt harrassed, targeted and humiliated and finally decided to file a formal grievance. I went into the store to purchase a few miscellaneous items before the holiday closure and I noticed Nate following me throughout the store yet again. I saw him pass the isle I was in and stop and peek around the corner is a creep-like manner, you can check footage on or about 11:30am on isle 28. I approached him to ask what the issue was and by the time I got to the end of the isle he had ran across the store to Nury Santos(supervisor) and acted as if nothing had happened. I approached him and the supervisor to ask what was the matter and what he had to say this time and he said to me you are doing too much homeboy proceeded to get on his phone and walked away. At this time, I was left with the supervisor Nury (which I didn’t even know was the supervisor) and told her about this and the previous two incidents.

This is not the first incident I have reported to a store supervisor and manager informally, a few months back I was purchasing other home improvement equipment and asked him for help locating something (since again, he kept following me) and he stated that he did not work there. A few moments later I went upfront to try and find some help again and he was walking towards my wife (unbeknownst to him that she was my wife and was walking towards me) and said whats up baby, I heard him and when I asked him what did you say he said don’t worry about it and when I asked my wife in front of him and other employees she ed what I had heard. I confronted him and told him he shouldn’t be speaking to customers in that manner because we knew he was an employee of Home Depot. We’re taking proper matters with this latest incident because we failed to properly report the first two and clearly he continues to misrepresent what your company stands for and the proper customer service that should be provided at all times by your employees.

I’d like to have this matter resolved without legal interference but I will take action if needed.

Please note that I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for over 10 years as it is the closest location to my home and I’ve seen Nate on the floor throughout those years in different positions.

Suggested solution:

I'd like upper management to contact me. I'd like to have my concerns addressed and ideally have him moved from this store, he truly creates a hostile environment for me to shop at but I am not willing to change stores as this is the closest to my home and he is the one in the wrong.

I will be moving forward with legal action, it's a sexual harassment case for my wife and defamation to character on my behalf since I've never had trouble with the law and have never shoplifted in my life.

I expect a response.
