My complaint:
I was unable to buy a product at Home Depot and use my military ID card like I have been doing for 12 years because I didn’t have a cell phone and a Home Depot app which uses a QR Code to get the discount. A lot of use retired, and other veterans don’t have cell phones. Why is Home Depot doing this to the faithful veteran?
Suggested solution:
Let the Veteran who has his retirement ID card still use it as a viable method of validation to get hisher 10% discount.
