My complaint:
I hired a contractor from The Home Depot store in Rohnert Park Ca and I had to fire him for causing a little over $100,000 to redo the work he did. I have been in contact with the Ca State License Board and the D.A.,s office who have a warrant out for his arrest. His name is Doug Petterson and this guy has had his license taken away sense 2009 but yet you all still put him in your system. I have also filed a complaint to the Attorney General’s office at the State of California Department of Justice.
Suggested solution:
I feel that you are obligated to assist your retail customers who have been harmed financially and Emotionally useing 1 of your contarctors. I'm asking you to please assit me with this matter, you see sir I'm one of many Veterans here in Sonoma County Ca that no longer can work because of suffering from PTSD along with other health problems.
