My complaint:
after fridge item came back in stock, refused to provide price match to black Friday 349.00- so, finally i placed order on 12 31 22 for white- instead I found out later that instead it was black wrong color- refused to cancel nor fix nor write a new order until item is returned back- on 11823- truck suddenly came yesterday 11023 without calling first- 2 very mean and wicked drivers dumped and abandoned the fridge on the street under the rain- and sped away too fast, despite me telling them the order was cancelled and delivery is not accepted- you must take it back- I m stuck with it now since- I called HD multiple times, and wasted several hours in frustrations and distress, without any help at all- very vicious staff- they won’t let me file any complaints- they won’t give me any compensation either- I don’t have white fridge since black friday
Suggested solution:
I should have the fridge for free- illegal dumping, abandon, vandalism are crimes- also criminal trespassing, since I stopped the delivery immediately- also, I m providing now forced free storage for the black fridge against my will- also I m deprived since black friday- the drivers are out of control- the staff is out of control- etc
