My complaint:
I enter in the store to pick up an order I placed that said it was in. Nobody at the online pickup desk wanted to help so i went to talk with someone and a women said I can help please stay here and she broought it to the elevator and I did not realize it was going to be so heavy so I though I will pick this up another time. Then I went over to pick up 5 gallon of compound and went up the elevator got off on street level to leave and then a women approaches me and said you called my employees monkeys so you cannot come back into the store ever again. I never said this and it was so strange to say that. I called the police and as I was waiting an employee came out of home depot and said you are a fu..ing Bit.. they keep repeating it as they walk across the street to the other side. I did finally get a police report filed with the NYDP 17th precinct and will call to get the number on Monday. I will also, get a copy of the written report at one Police Plaza.
Suggested solution:
I think we should found out which employees said I called them a Monkey. I have been living in the neighborhood for 20 years and ging to home depot ever since they opened.
