My complaint:

Not sure if it is an Valentio or Home Depot issue but I ordered three of these vanities starting back in September 2021, opened the first one up after receiving it in my driveway sitting on its end (box clearly marked that it should not have been set this way) – the top was cracked. I called the 800 and got it returned and re-ordered – i received the second one in late December 2021. I watched the delivery guys up in the truck put the vanity on a dolly after setting it up from its side (again the box is clearly marked that it should not be on it side) – I wanted to open the box before delivery guys left and he told me that he guaranteed that it would not be damaged and that he could not take it back even if it was. When I opened it up (not to my surprise) the top once again was cracked. For the second time I had to call the 800 and get it returned and re order a third vanity, this time I had it delivered to the store. I received a notice that it was in store and ready for pickup. I went to the store and opened the box before removing it from the store and once again the top was cracked — done with this vanity and done with HomeDepot

Suggested solution:

I will let this up to Home Depot to see if they want me as a customer in the future. I now have a bathroom that is without a vanity and its been that way since October 2021.
