My complaint:
It seems that HD does not want to give out military discounts anymore. Why don’t you just say that. HD is very sneaky in claiming to be friendly to veterans. I have done everything that the very poor instructions say to do, hundreds of times. No one at HD knows anything or is not interested in helping. I can’t understand why HD took something that was extremely easy and made it such a complicated process that most veterans can’t get this benefit.
Suggested solution:
Go back to using the Veterans ID care o just drop the discount completely.
