My complaint:
My 58 year old wife went to purchase a single bag of cement, which weighs 94 lbs. The store failed to provide assistance either in the store or loading the product in her car. If it were not for other customers assistance it would have been impossible for her to load the product without injury, due to a back injury. This store is notorious for poor service and bad management. Their negligence will eventually result in an injury and a lawsuit. Very egregious Corporate guidance and policy which will result in an eventual injury to customers.
Suggested solution:
Provide assistance to the elderly, and make customer service more important than chit chat.
