My complaint:
Our refrigerator has been freezing food in the main part of the fridge resulting in food spoiling and having to be thrown away. We have wasted hundred of dollars on food thrown in the garbage because it became frozen and inedible. We have had 5 servicemen come out and attempt to fix it to no avail. We have called the Home Warranty and keep getting the runaround from them. They treat you like you are stupid. They are now sending out another guy to inspect the fridge to see if he can fix it. Here we go again. He will do something and again we will not see results and have to throw more food away. I’m frustrated with Home Depot and think they have been very dishonest and shady. I have been patient enough and now want a new replacement for this lemon they sold me and also this bogus extended home warranty that we paid $135.00 extra. Highway robbery.
Suggested solution:
Hold up their end of the extended warranty and replace our the fridge with a new one.
