My complaint:
I went in to get information about a screen door. I sat at a table in that area one of the workers walk by spoke but didn’t ask if I need help. My friend walk around found a young lady ask for help. The young lady told her give her a minute she was going to the restroom. When she came out she didn’t get us any help. My friend had to ask her 3 different times to get some help it didn’t happen. My friend then started walking around looking for help she walked up on the same lady talking with other associates when she saw her then she paged for assistance. A man came over told us go to customers service to get help which was a waste of time. I ask for a manager no one showed up stood there for at least 20minutes waiting. The customer service is awful there not taking my business there any more your management team is a disgrace to the company.
Suggested solution:
Have better customer service and a manager on duty
