My complaint:
Friday October 29th I was to have a bay window installed, due to rain it was canceled. I called Home Depot to they were canceling installation, and was told by Home Depot the sub contractor would call me by the close of the day with a new date for installation. I never received a call on Friday 1029. I called Home Depot on Tuesday 11222 was told by Home Depot that they would contact the subcontractor and the subcontractors manager. Called again 11522 as I still have not received a call back?? I truly do not understand what is going on.
Suggested solution:
Call me with a installation date as told.
