My complaint:

I purchased 2 sets of Everbilt wide-angle 165 degree hinges with expedited shipping. The hinges that were delivered were incorrect, they were 110 degree hinges. I call the Owasso store and they located the correct hinges in Tulsa at the 41st store. I drove over an hour each direction to exchange the hinges. When I got back to the job site, I realized that the face frame mounting plates were not included in the packaging. I called the 1-800-305-1726 to try and resolve but was disconnected and sent to the survey. Called again and filed a case to have the mounting plates sent out. Three days later I called to check on the case and was told the case was never filed.

Suggested solution:

Home Depot should provide the face frame mounting plates, expedited at their cost. And they should provide a refund for the entire purchase. We were unable to just return the hinge and purchase alternatives since the cabinet doors were on site and has already been mortised for these hinges. This was a rushed community service job for a Tulsa police officer that had survived 13 weeks in ICU with Covid. Unfortunately, these hinges caused the project to be incomplete when he came home.
