My complaint:

I bought a freezer from Home Depot aug 28 2021 I didn’t get it delivered till sept 17 2021 it broke oct 27 2021 I’ve called and got the run around for days I’ve been told off I’ve been given the wrong number to call I’ve bee hung up I’ve been told not there problems I haven’t even got a date on when they will send a repair person out I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed or replaced while I’ve got thousands of dollars worth of food going bad. I will never go to Home Depot again there rude and just plain stupid I’ve taken pictures of this calling my insurance company to see if they will help today I’ve counted the days when I got it 37 days they say if it’s 30 days nothing they can do I had someone look at it they said it’s the compressor and will cost 1000.00 I paid 600.00 for 37 days This is totally wrong to sell and treat a person this bad

Suggested solution:

Give me a new freezer pay for my food what it will cost me now plus all the time I wasted sitting on the phone
