My complaint:
The Ryobi 40V self-propelled lawnmower I purchased in April in order to be ready for summer lawn care worked for 3 or 4 mowings. After that the battery failed. Ryobi promised, via phone, a new battery under Warranty.
It never came. Home Depot manager offered only store credit which, as an 82-year-old widow, I have no use for in that amount, so I accepted a new battery from store stock. It failed just as the original one had! I contacted Home Depot Headquarters Customer Service but received no response so I’m turning to Complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Home Depot should stand behind their product and give me a refund.
