My complaint:
I’m a contractor that does all my business with Home Depot. I went to pick up an order for my client that was already paid for. Arna Nelson was the employer that was in charge to pull my order that was worth $10,000 and had to wait almost 5 hours to get my order and i pulled 80% of it myself because she decided to go to lunch without pulling my order. And from me waiting that long, on my way back to my client house it started to rain and some of their materials got wet. If all supplies was pull on time and Arna Nelson lunch break, nothing would’ve gotten wet.
Suggested solution:
Better customer service on employers part.
