My complaint:

I’ve been calling Home Depot for 4 days now to talk to someone in your countertops department. It just rang and rang the whole time. I’d get passed around always ending up back to the receptionist.
Finally the last time I called I got a recording. I was so exited left my name, phone number and a brief message asking just asking someone to call me that I just have a question to ask. To this day 2 weeks ago I’m still waiting for someone to return my call. What’s going on?

Suggested solution:

Call people back when they call. Get competent people to work for Home Depot. All I need was maybe 5 minutes of their time. My time is just as
Important to me as their time feels to them.
