My complaint:

puchased LG ELECTRIC RANGE with 5 year protection plan from home depot.on 12-13-2021.cut the oven on,set desired temp,upon reaching desired temperature,placed cookware in oven.30 minutes later checked on cookware in stove,and upon opening oven door,there was a thin hair line cut in the glass,made the call to home depot,talked to rep mr.lou.he advised to call SiS VA,INC telephone number 240-558-3709.company sent the rep to our residence,his given name to myself was kerry.his diagnosis back to the company was thin hair line cut in glass was due to impact.there was no impact.unfortunately on this day indoor glass produced the thin hair line crack on inner glass of door.this was reported wrong to Department c ASURION.COM.NOW I HAVE ELECTRIC RANGE,WITH A BROKEN THIN HAIR LINE BREAK,AND BECAUSE THE WAY IT WAS WORDED SIS VA,INC STATED HOME DEPOT WILL NOT COVER OR REPLACE THE GLASS.BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER WITH HOME DEPOT FOR 25 YEARS,AND TO RECEIVE THIS BOGUS TREATMENT FROM HOME PROTECTION CONTACTOR UNDER THE HOME DEPOT BANNER IS APPALLING AND UNACEPTABLE

Suggested solution:

HOME DEPOT SHOULD STEP IN,RESOLVE THIS MATTER,THEY MAY HAVE TO GIVE IT TO ANOTHER HOME PROTECTION COMPANY FOR HOME DEPOT,OR DO WHAT IS THE BEST INTEREST OF HOME DEPOT AND A VALUED CUSTOMER,FIX THE GLASS,TAKE THE LOST.THIS IS LG CERTIFICATION NUMBER 855-683-88781-800-243-0000.SENT PICTURES OFGLASS TO MS DEAN.ASURION DOES NOT REPRESENT HOME DEPOT IN GOOD FAITH,AND REALLY HURTS HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER BASE,UPON FILING A CLAIM FOR DAMAGEREPLACEMENT PARTS.ORDER NUMBER IS H8550-41791
