My complaint:
We purchased a package of three Bleeding Heart roots for $ 9.98. They were planted waited for signs of growth to appear. after four weeks there was no sign that any thing was coming up. When we dug them up, they were dead. Since they were planted and we assumed they would grow, we lost track of our receipt .When I called the store and explained our problem I was told I needed a receipt. We are not trying to cheat the store but we had every expectation that the plants were viable. I believe they should have offered to replace the product or offer us a store credit.
Suggested solution:
As stated above, they should have replaced the product or offered us a store credit if they were not still available
