My complaint:

I made a purchase at Home Depot in Prescott Valley this morning 7921 at 10:48 AM and used the self check out. The employee manning that unit was busy with other customers so I scanned my items and waited until she was not busy. When she turned around I showed her my Veteran ID so she could ring up the discount that Home Depot graciously provides to VeteransMilitary. A she approached me she sais; you old goats are not nice like the young ones, you think you are entitled but your not. I said showing you my card was better than hollering Hey You. She said not really, I should have said, excuse me, can I please use my veteran discount. I said nothing to that and checked out. Let me state; I DO NOT feel entitled, have shopped at Home Depot for many years and this is the first time I have had an employee regard me as an Old Goand and Entitled. This is not good customer service, if this woman does not appreciate what Veterans have done for her and country then she should at least be silent about it.

Suggested solution:

Counseling on how to treat Veterans and customers without offending them.
