My complaint:
I was waiting for the Eastbound train going to Grapevine to go to work. Announcement said track 2. Sign said track 2. So I sat on track 2 side. The train came on track 1 side so I got up and walked to cross the rail and get on and before I could get there they left. The train was here for literally less than a minute. I’m late for work. My boss is not happy. I can’t wait thirty minutes for the next train. So I’m out my $5 day pass and the $25 the Lyft ride will cost.
Suggested solution:
I've always been impressed with your service, but something like this is massively disappointing. I can see if I was late or if the track was my issue. But if you're going to come in on the wrong side according to signage, at least double check the other side. I lost a lot of money today, and it was because of carelessness. I would appreciate my costs being returned but I doubt something like that would ever happen.
